Model real estate development cash flows using Excel and Argus Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an Investments Summer Analyst for Summer 2027 in downtown Chicago or Minneapolis! This role will support the Ryan Investments Group, which includes Capital Markets and Asset/Portfolio Management. The Investments Intern will assist on a wide range of asset classes that Ryan either owns or is developing across the country and will help manage the asset from inception to final disposition. You must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate or finance or related fields within 18 months of graduation. You must also be able to work up to 20 hours a week for at least three months. Have the ability to implement development tasks on multiple development projects with moderate supervision from associate or senior development staff. Communicate clearly. Demonstrate entry-level presentation skillset. Display relationship building skillset. Collaborate well.
