About the Role:

Golden Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse to join our dedicated team in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized, one-on-one nursing care to private duty patients in home settings
• Assess, monitor, and document patient health status and changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Develop and implement personalized patient care plans in coordination with healthcare team
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff regarding care updates
• Perform skilled nursing tasks including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management
• Educate patients and family members on health management and disease prevention

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
• Previous private duty, home health, or clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, patient safety, and infection control
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home care environment
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Chicago area
