We're hiring an experienced
SMT Operator for a
great company with a laid-back, team-oriented atmosphere in the North Valley. Enjoy a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule while working with
MannCorp SMT equipment .
We're looking for someone who knows SMT operations and can confidently
set up and tear down existing machines . This is a hands-on operator role-not an inspection-only position.
What You'll Do - Set up and operate MannCorp pick-and-place SMT machines
- Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic stencil printers
- Set up and operate mass reflow ovens
- Set up and tear down existing SMT machines
- Perform manual component placement and inspection
- Perform detailed quality inspections of populated circuit boards
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Read and follow Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly drawings and process documentation
- Identify electronic components and accurately maintain part counts
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions
What We're Looking For - 2-3 years of hands-on SMT experience
- Previous SMT operations experience is required
- Hands-on experience setting up and tearing down existing machines
- Experience operating SMT equipment
- Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 workmanship standards
- Ability to read BOMs, assembly drawings and process documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to accurately identify and count components
Important: Candidates with
inspection-only experience will not be considered. We need someone who has actually operated and set up SMT equipment.
